Purchases

All purchases on this site are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record — they are the seller of record for tax and payment purposes, and their terms apply to the checkout itself.

Product license

When you buy brushes, stamps, templates or the course, you get a personal, non-exclusive license. You may:

• Use the tools in your own work, including commercial client work — plans, renders, listings, portfolios, social media.
• Use them on all of your own devices.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, share or give away the files themselves — including inside other bundles, courses or template packs.
• Share your course access with others.

Her artwork

All artwork on this site and on the mmkarch Instagram is copyrighted. Commissioned work is licensed to the client per the commission agreement; everything else may not be reproduced without permission.

Course access

Course purchases include lifetime access to the current lessons and all future updates to them. "Lifetime" means the lifetime of the product, which we intend to keep online indefinitely; if it were ever discontinued, materials would be made available for download first.
