If Stylized Floor Plans on iPad isn't for you, email hello@mmkarch.com within 7 days of purchase and you'll get a full refund. No forms, no questions, no hard feelings.

Brushes, stamps & templates

Because these are instant digital downloads, they can't be "returned" and are generally non-refundable once delivered. That said — if a file is broken, won't install, or genuinely isn't what the product page described, write to us and we'll make it right with a fix, a replacement or a refund.

How refunds are processed

Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, so approved refunds are issued by them back to your original payment method — typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
