Your plans are accurate.
Now make them beautiful.
Stylized Floor Plans on iPad takes you from stiff software output to the warm, hand-drawn style people save, share and pay for — in five focused modules.
Sound familiar?
- Your CAD exports are precise — and completely lifeless. Clients scroll past them.
- You've tried drawing on iPad, but everything comes out looking like a child's sketch, not an editorial illustration.
- You see stylized plans all over Instagram and Pinterest and can't reverse-engineer how they get that warmth.
- You don't have hours to develop a style from scratch — you need a system that works now.
The style behind mmkarch isn't talent — it's a repeatable system of line weights, materials and shadows. This course hands you the system.
Setup & canvas
- The exact canvas size, DPI and color profile for crisp Instagram posts and print-ready client files
- Installing brushes, palettes and templates
- Layer structure that keeps a plan editable to the last minute
Line & wall language
- Why her walls feel hand-drawn (and how to control the wobble)
- Line-weight system: walls, openings, fixed furniture, detail
- Doors, windows and stairs that read instantly
Furniture that reads
- Combining stamps with quick hand-drawing so nothing looks pasted
- Proportion tricks: making a 60 m² plan feel spacious, honestly
- Plants, rugs and styling — the details that make people save the post
Materials & soft shadows
- Her marble, walnut and linen technique, step by step
- The one-light-source shadow system that gives plans their depth
- Keeping textures editorial — warm, quiet, never noisy
Composition & presentation
- Annotation, title blocks and dimensions that look designed
- Exporting for Instagram, for clients, and for print
- Building a consistent visual style people recognize in the feed
This is for you if…
- You're an interior designer, architect or student who wants drawings clients fall for
- You're a realtor who wants listing plans buyers actually remember
- You own an iPad and Procreate (or are ready to get them)
- You want a finished, personal style in weekends — not years
It's not for you if…
- You need to learn architecture or space planning itself — this is a style course
- You want photorealistic 3D renders (this is the opposite, on purpose)
- You're looking for desktop software tutorials — everything happens in Procreate

Taught by the hand behind the feed
An architect with a Master of Architecture, drawing daily for an audience of 4,000+ on Instagram. Every technique in the course is pulled directly from real client commissions and the drawings you already follow — nothing theoretical, nothing filler.
“I've drawn plans in AutoCAD for six years and they never felt like mine. Two weekends with this course and clients started asking who makes my drawings.”
Interior designer
“The shadow module alone was worth the price. My plans went from flat diagrams to something people actually stop scrolling for.”
Architecture student
“I'm a realtor, not an artist. I can now turn a boring listing plan into something buyers screenshot and send to their partners.”

Do I need to know how to draw?
No. If you can trace a wall and tap a stamp, you can follow every lesson. The course teaches a system, not freehand talent — the brushes and templates do the heavy lifting while you learn the eye.
What do I need to take the course?
An iPad that runs Procreate (any model from the last ~6 years), Procreate itself (~$13, one-time), and an Apple Pencil. That's the whole studio.
I'm an architect / designer already. Is this too basic?
The course assumes you know what a plan is — it skips theory and goes straight to style: line language, materials, shadows, composition. Most students are professionals who want their drawings to stop looking like software output.
How long do I have access?
Forever. One payment, lifetime access, including every future update to the lessons and the included brush pack.
Can I use what I make commercially?
Yes — client work, listings, portfolios, Instagram. The only thing you can't do is resell or redistribute the brushes and templates themselves.
What if it's not for me?
Email within 7 days of purchase and you get a full refund, no questions asked.
